Smashbox's Emulsion Lip Exfoliant is my favourite lip scrub. I have been using it for over 4 years now. It still looks brand new! Retail price: $18 I like to make my own lip scrubs with sugar and olive oil. Even my toothbrush works great, but I keep going back to my Smashbox. This scrub makes my lips incredibly soft, removes all the dead skin cells and peeling skin.
The consistency is thick at first but once you apply it to your lips and rub it in the beads separate and it becomes grainy.
The product is peppermint infused, so you can bet it smells great!
The affect is instant, but the directions say to leave it on for 5-10 minutes for extra conditioning. Make sure to apply a lip conditioner (lip balm) to your lips, to keep them from drying out.
